Refund & Return Policy

At Heloris, your health and satisfaction are our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • For health and safety reasons, supplements, creams, or any other personal-use products cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Returns must be approved by our team before sending them back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, unwanted product, or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@heloris.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your unopened item and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel is lost in transit and the shipping address was entered correctly, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • If you prefer a refund instead, we can process it 10 days after the dispatch date.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
